This highly successful German tool manufacturer were experiencing significant growth in the UK and planned to relocate to state-of-the-art 20,000 sq. ft premises. We were recommended by their architect as Project Manager to specify and procure all internal furniture.
Our 14-month turn-key solution included; liaising with the electrical and data cabling contractors to ensure all power and data was of the correct specification and positioned correctly to match the furniture layouts. Sourcing, delivery, installation and commissioning of; audio/ visual presentation systems, office and lecture room furniture, specialist electronic height adjustable benches, warehouse racking plus reception, restaurant and break out furniture.
Managing relocation to new premises over a weekend, disposing of old furniture, clearing premises and coordinating the dilapidations with the building landlord in preparation to relet the property.
