As Part of its drive to improve the service offered to customers, Roffey Park Institute, a charitable trust that develops innovative learning approaches, called in C2 to work on a total refurbishment of the bar and lounge area. Working alongside Architects Design Partnership, a number of product options were carefully assessed against the brief and the architect’s chosen fabric and finishes. C2 then managed the process of ensuring that the correct quantities of the appropriate fabrics went to the relevant factories.

C2 also saved the Institute a significant sum of money with the suggestion that existing furniture be refurbished and recovered, rather than expensively replaced. A sample chair was so successfully refurbished by C2 craftsmen that all of the original chairs were retained in the Institute’s new livery.
